WriteShop Product Knowledge

Overview:

This course is aimed at individuals working with customers directly or behind the scenes maintaining the WriteShop products.

Writing is a fundamental skill for most every academic and career pursuit. However, putting words to paper does not come naturally to everyone and neither does teaching it! WriteShop provides step-by-step lessons for teaching the writing process to students of all ages. This module will provide you with the foundational knowledge regarding WriteShop to build upon in fulfillment of your role requirements.

This course uses resources, videos, and practice scenarios. Participants will be able to monitor their progress throughout by completing activities and evaluations.
